Brand situation:
The brand is launching new products in both age-correct and baby skincare lines in a competitive market.
My task:
Develop a go-to-market strategy to inspire customers to buy the new products and differentiate OlgaCola Milano from competitors in the dermocosmetics industry.
How I solved the task:
I established clear product positioning by defining the brand as dermocosmetic and organic, using citrus fruits and other natural ingredients as the center of our campaign. To support this positioning, I developed educational content to inform the target audience about the benefits of each ingredient. Additionally, I conducted market research to identify European markets with a strong preference for natural skincare and minimal regulatory barriers, uncovering new opportunities for brand expansion.
